Q: How can i get your discounts or much discount ?
A: Usually for signal item, when your quantity more than 20pcs, we will give you some discounts according to the price;
Another way, by Western Union or Bank Transfer payment, you always can get our discount, about 2% - 3%, and the discount rate is up to which items you bought.
Q: Why your discount are so small ?
A: Because all of our prices are real price, not fake price like other website, marking a very high price and then give you much discount even for 2 or 3 pcs;
Q: What are your defective item policy ?
A: 1: We undertake all the loss for any damage/loss during the shipment for your parcel;
2: In case you find any defective item, once confirmed, we can send you replacement without asking for return; if we need you do that, we undertake all the freight for sending them back;
3: For most repair parts, we give 60 days quality warranty from the day when you get them;
Q： How about your Shipping time;
A: This depends on which express you choose, usually 4-6 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx, 10-15days by EMS, 15-30 days by HK Post or China Post;
Q: When you can send my parcel out once payment is confirmed?
A: For all the orders which are less than 10,000usd, we can send them out within 72 hours, most parcels can be sent out in 48 hours;
Q: Do you take charge the loss for custom clearance work?
A: Custom clearance on our side will be charged by us; For customers’ clearance work, we don’t undertake any responsibility; If you worry about this, please choose EMS or HK Post shipping;
